Challenges


During the course of delivering Camberwell Road, the disruption and uncertainty caused by COVID-19 became a significant factor in our approach to delivering this project.


This required London MEP working closely with government guidance, our Health and Safety consultant, our client and workforce to ensure that we were operating in the safest manner possible whilst attempting to remain on programme.


By working closely with United Living and our supply chain, we were able to navigate the changing landscape that the pandemic created, resulting in the successful handover and completion of Camberwell Road in 2021.
