Challenges


During the course of delivering Clapham Road, the disruption and uncertainty caused by COVID-19 became a significant factor in our approach to delivering this project.

This project was the first which we resumed works on during the response to COVID-19. This required working closely with government guidance, our Health and Safety consultant, our client and workforce to ensure that we were operating in the safest manner possible whilst attempting to remain on programme.


By working closely with Regal London and our supply chain, we were able to navigate the changing landscape that the pandemic created, resulting in the successful handover and completion of Clapham Place in 2021.
