Challenges

This project proved to be notably turbulent for various reasons. Firstly, London MEP assumed control from another MEP Company. There was also a rotation of managers within London MEP, further contributing to the challenges.

The collapse of our client, Claritas Group, exacerbated the situation, introducing complications across project functions such as site operations, procurement, and financial management. Despite these disruptions, London MEP successfully minimised their impact, ensuring project continuity and effectively mitigating delays.

Addressing the design challenges emerged as a separate obstacle, with London MEP having to provide additional support. Significant efforts were made to overcome hurdles and ensure progress. This self-directed approach was crucial in preventing potential project delays.

The absence of organisational structure and coordination among trades on-site posed additional difficulties. Overall, navigating through these multifaceted challenges highlighted the importance of adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and collaborative synergy in sustaining project resilience amidst dynamic operational environments.
